Funny how things can change overnight. Eight years ago, Patty and Dave Clauson had to make a quick move from West Coast to Atlanta for his technology business. A 1924 house was conveniently available in the same neighborhood as their school of choice for their kids. "I flew in on the red-eye, saw the house, and loved it --it had 90 windows!" Patty recalls. "We bought it by 10:30 the next morning." Previously, the Clausons had occupied flats in Philadelphia, New York, and San Francisco, where Patty was an art buyer. "This is the first time in our married life that we've actually lived on the ground."
