We are gathered here together…
Cluster several plaques, each with unique
hardware, in a high-traffic spot—think entry hall, laundry, or mudroom. What
once was unsightly clutter becomes part of the décor—easy to find, and even
easier to put away.

HANG IT ALL!
A plain vanilla wall becomes a collage of texture and shape with a
thoughtfully arranged collection of hanging plaques. For additional variety, add
oversized screws painted in contrasting colors. Insert keys in locks for extra
hangers. And don’t forget to allow space below for whatever items you plan to
hang.
TIP
hang with a keyhole slot or nail a sawtooth picture hanger into the back
of the plaque.
TIP
Add a row of cup hooks across the bottom for keys or jewelry.
TIP
To attach doorknobs, use a dummy plate and spindle from the hardware store.
TIP
Use either vintage or reproduction hardware, or combine both.
