Boyfriends you might forget (like What's-His-Name, the one with all that stereo equipment). But your girlfriends? Never. Our party chez Libby's Lounge is about celebrating all those moments that'll never come again, so snap away, Papa and Mama-razzi. Though our event is geared to high-schoolers, you could adapt it for eighth-graders taking the big step to high school or for college graduates heading out into the world--even if they're actually setting up shop at home again.

We tagged along to Libby's party (a) (she's holding gift, with friend Alison). (b) You won't find tablecloths or chairs like these at the rental store. They're customized with vellum polka dots held down by spray glue, Twister style. Papers, Kate's Paperie.

Bubbling Up
Every emotion imaginable is bubbling to the surface. One moment you're giggling, the next weeping like a baby. Let the party reflect this giddy time, with vivid colors and potent symbols, like the never-ending circle. Glasses, (c) Rosanna Inc.
