(a) At Festivity, jewelry by local artists C.B. Divine, Cathleen Plate, and Mark Edge entices loyal collectors to trunk show parties. The artists will even do custom work on request.
(b) The unique draw of Providence Antiques is that owner Claudia Thompson mingles pedigreed furnishings with cool new stuff, like these animal prints on exotic paper.
(c) Handmade silk-and-cotton bedding and pillows at DRTC Studio. Owner/designer/former model Willis Watts will decorate your entire home if you like.
(d) Ribbon-edged linens and Italian flatware set a table at DRTC Studio. “Many people get inspired by our table settings and just say, ‘I can’t decide. Give me everything,’” confides a sales associate.
(e) “If my dreams would come true, bones would rain from the sky,” reads a pooch bed at Chickweeds. But there’s plenty of pampering loot for their owners, too, including loads of toiletries and lotions, even “ice cream” bath balls.
