Ingredients
Serves 4

1 pint cherry tomatoes
2 small zucchini, sliced
2 small yellow squash, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, green, red, or yellow, sliced
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing

Garden Vegetable Stir Grill
So easy and so delicious.

1. Place vegetables in a large bowl. Add salad dressing and marinate for 1/2 hour. Pour mixture into a grill basket over the sink (to drain dressing).
2. Grill for 10 to 12 minutes over a hot fire, tossing several times. Serve at once. Vegetables will be crisp-tender.
