Lemon-Lime Colada
This is a tart-tangy drink; add more sugar to taste for a more traditional lemonade flavor. The coconut extract adds an exotic flavor that coconut lovers will enjoy.

Ingredients:
2/3 cup fresh lemon juice (about 3 large lemons)
1 1/3 cups Rose's lime juice
1/2-1 teaspoon coconut extract (optional)
6 tablespoons superfine sugar or to taste
Ice
Chilled Sparkling water
Fresh lemons and limes to garnish, optional

Directions:
Combine the lemon juice, Rose's lime juice, extract, and sugar.
Stir until sugar has dissolved.
Pour about 1/2 cup of the mixture into an 8-ounce glass and add ice and chilled sparkling water.
Have extra sugar handy for kids, who may want a sweeter drink.
