Margaritas
1. Rub the rim of a chilled cocktail, rocks, or martini glass with lime
wedge. Gently press the rim of the glass into a dish of kosher salt. 2.
Combine lime juice, triple sec, and tequila in a shaker. Add ice to nearly fill
the shaker. 3. Shake hard for ten seconds. Strain into prepared cocktail or
martini glass. For a Margarita on the rocks, fresh ice should be used in the
rocks glass, not ice from the shaker.
Frozen Margaritas
1. Prepare Margaritas straight up. 2. Combine with 2 cups crushed ice and 1⁄4 cup
fruit puree (such as strawberry, mango, or kiwi) in a blender. Puree until
smooth, adjusting for sweetness with additional triple sec if needed.
