White Wine Sangria
Summertime is perfect for white wine sangria, a lighter version of the traditional red wine beverage. Use whatever combination of fruit is in season.

Ingredients
Makes Eight 6-ounce Servings
1 bottle white wine
1/2 750 ml. bottle Perrier
1/3 cup sugar
Slices of orange, star fruit, lime, and strawberries
Mint sprigs for garnish

1. Pour wine and Perrier into large pitcher.
2. Add the sugar slowly, as it causes quite a reaction. Stir.
3. Add fruit to pitcher and place in fridge for at least an hour before serving. Garnish with mint.
