Here's what you will need:
desired adhesive
black with white dots patterned paper from
Leisure Arts publication #3420 Making
Memories with Mary Engelbreit
(available online at theleisureboutique.com)
4" or smaller square white
card and envelope
scallop-edged scissors
red and white cardstock
heart border and heart with flowers stickers from Leisure Arts publication #3420
Making Memories with Mary (available online at theleisureboutique.com)
1/4" w red ribbon
1/8" dia. hole punch

Instructions:
 1. (a) Adhere patterned paper to card front and back and to envelope front,
back, and flap.
2. Trim edges of card with scallop-edged
scissors.
3. (b) For card front, cut one square each of red and white
cardstock. Trim edges of white cardstock with scallop-edged scissors and
embellish with heart stickers cut from heart border sticker.  Adhere red
cardstock to white cardstock and to card front. Tie a length of ribbon in a bow
around the top of the card at the fold. Notch ends of ribbon.
4. (c) For the
envelope front, cut one square each of red and white cardstock. Trim edges of
white cardstock with scallop-edged scissors and embellish with heart with
flowers sticker and recipient’s name.  Adhere white cardstock to red cardstock.
Punch holes for ribbon near the top of the squares. Thread ribbon through holes
from front to the back, cross ends, and thread ribbon through holes again to the
front. Notch ends of ribbon. Adhere red cardstock to the envelope front.
